These are so neat to make in cupcake or jumbo muffin pans. I think silicone ones are ideal, because you can just pop them out.

They are easy to make ahead and freeze. The kids can grab 'em and reheat. No problem.

There's a Parmesan crust, but you can use any three cheeses you like.  How fun!

Upgrade it and use Manchego.
