SHOWING UP DIFFERENTLY

I would like to think that people reach a point where they are ready for a shift. The overall idea can be daunting and overwhelming, but there are manageable ways to achieve these changes.

I'm here to inspire showing up differently—starting with cooking and entertaining. For over twenty years, I have traveled the world; therefore the recipes will vary and run a gamut of flavors.

Along with elevating typical dishes and presenting new ones, I’ll be discussing life and perspectives and sharing traveling stories (destinations and flight attendant experiences).

When you take steps towards opening and accepting, growing occurs. It’s certainly not easy, nor is it comfortable.

First, what is it that you want to change? “I want to change…”

Then ask yourself why? “Why should I change…?”

You will find these aren’t the easiest to answer; they are the most important though.

Everyone really does have the same amount of willpower; some of us employ it more than others. Many of us have crippling issues, patterns, or fears that we continue to escape from using drinking, retail therapy, medication, and “busyness,” to create a veil of contentment.

Let’s show up differently.

We're going to have fun with some food though--an inspiring approach; nourishment will come.

Shall we grow together?

Welcome.

I’m glad you’re here.
